Siobhan Boyle, LMSW
Associate Therapist

With a background that spans both the corporate and clinical worlds, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate perspective to my work as a therapist. I earned my undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and began my career in Advertising and International Marketing. Over time, I was drawn toward more meaningful, people-centered work, which led me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Sacred Heart University, where I graduated with honors.
My clinical experience includes working in both healthcare settings and private practice, supporting a diverse range of clients through various stages of life. I work with teens, adults, couples, families, and groups, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, postpartum mood disorders, and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I aim to meet each person where they are—with empathy, warmth, trust, and a touch of humor—creating a space where healing and growth can flourish. As both a strengths-based and psychodynamic therapist, I help clients gain deeper insight into how past experiences may shape current patterns while also identifying their inner resources, resilience, and support systems. I support clients in building and repairing fulfilling relationships, and feeling empowered to live their most authentic and meaningful lives.
I use a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and am a Gottman Trained Couples Clinician. I tailor my approach to fit each client’s unique needs, believing that therapy should be as individual as the people it serves.
