Siobhan works with teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, postpartum mood concerns, relationship issues, and other challenges that can affect emotional well-being and daily life.
Her clinical experience includes work in healthcare settings and private practice, where she has supported a diverse range of clients through various stages of life. Prior to entering the mental health field, Siobhan began her career in Advertising and International Marketing, which gives her a thoughtful perspective on identity, stress, career transitions, communication, and the many pressures people carry in their personal and professional lives.
Siobhan earned her undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and later pursued her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Sacred Heart University, where she graduated with honors. She was drawn to the field by a desire to do more meaningful, people-centered work and to help clients feel more connected, supported, and empowered.
Siobhan’s goal is to create a therapeutic space where healing and growth can flourish. She helps clients build and repair fulfilling relationships, strengthen self-understanding, and move toward living more authentic and meaningful lives.
Siobhan’s approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, warmth, trust, and a touch of humor. She works to meet each client where they are, creating a supportive environment where clients can feel safe exploring difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences.
As both a strengths-based and psychodynamic therapist, Siobhan helps clients gain deeper insight into how past experiences may shape current patterns while also identifying their inner resources, resilience, and support systems.
Siobhan uses a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and couples-focused interventions. She is also a Gottman Trained Couples Clinician, which informs her work with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild connection, and strengthen their relationship.
