A space to connect and be yourself
Pride & Processing is a small, therapist-led group for LGBTQ+ teens who want a supportive place to talk, connect, and grow. Sessions blend guided discussion, coping skills, and time to socialize with peers who understand your experience.
You do not need to have everything figured out to join. Whether you are exploring identity, navigating school or family dynamics, or simply looking for community, you are welcome here.

- Processing stress, relationships, and life transitions
- Building coping skills and confidence
- Peer connection in a confidential setting

What participation looks like
